Information For Parents & Guardians
As per public announcement due to the worsening haze situation, Westwood Primary will activate our Business Continuity Plan.
Teachers will allocate time for online and offline work based on our HBL guidelines. Parents will receive information from the school and our teachers via Parent’s Gateway for communication.
All learning will be conducted asynchronously through the Student Learning Space platform and will require the use of a laptop or tablet. Do contact your child’s form teacher if you have any concerns.
Guidelines for continued learning at home:
P1 & P2: 1hr of online learning, 1hr of offline work
P3-P5: 2hrs of online learning, 2hrs of offline work
P6: No HBL (Post-PSLE)
Do note that the above-mentioned guideline is based on an average student’s ability to complete work, and it is set in place to protect students from excessive screentime.
